Out-patient cardiology*
Firstly, a concept called "Out-patient cardiology" is shown, and present status as well as author's comment on this problem followed by a status at the author's out patient clinic was discussed, then data obtained by cohort study from the nationwide cardiologists were analysed. From the above-mentioned results it became clear that this problem is not only in cardiological aspect but also in all other medical fields, and the prospective study is necessary in order to improve the present situations.
