Necrosis of the Scalp and Visual Disturbance after Embolization and Surgery for Meningioma ―A Case Report―
A case of ischemic necrosis of the frontoparietal scalp and loss of vision of the right eye after embolization and surgery for a large convexity meningioma is reported. The cause and prevention of these serious complications are discussed.
