MASS SPECTRAL FRAGMENTATION OF 3β-HYDROXYCHOL-5-EN-24-OIC ACID DERIVATIVES
Making preparation of several deuterium-labeled methyl ester acetates of 3β-hydroxychol-5-en-24-oic acid was carried out. The mass spectra of these compounds were determined in the energy of bombarding electron (70 eV). By using the deutero-derivatives, the mass fragmentation of 3β-hydroxychol-5-en-24-oic acid derivatives was confirmed.
